Gratitude is not an attitude.
Gratitude is an action.
Praise God.
This is the day the Lord (Hebrew: יְהֹוָה, YHWH, “Jehovah, the Lord”) has made, I will rejoice and be glad in it.
Psalms 118:24 (Bible in Basic English)
This is the day which the Lord has made; we will be full of joy and delight in it.
The phrase "to whom much is given, much is tested" is a popular variation of the biblical proverb "to whom much is given, much will be required" from Luke 12:48.
Luke 12:48 (Bible in Basic English)
But he who, without knowledge, did things for which punishment is given, will get only a small number of blows. The man to whom much is given, will have to give much; if much is given into his care, of him more will be requested.
